Unloading tonight was the worst packing experience of my dresses and my husbands suits and white dress shirts. No metal bar across the clothes box to hang. All clothes were pulled on each other with hangers. Like pancakes. I now have to take my husbands suits and shirts to the dry cleaners to be .cleaned and pressed. Nothing was hanging upright . Ripped me off. Charged for supplies including tape (who does that). Took 3 hours to move a small 1 bedroom 2 miles away to storage unit. Charge you before work is done as they approximate how long it will take. Took 30 minutes less time than they charged me. I called a supervisor RYAN to get a refund. But, apparently his computer suddenly wasn?t working and said he?d call back. As you can guess he never called back. They also charge a 14% fuel charge based on time. Not distance. Complete rip off. AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We were promised a smooth 7-hour move with 4 movers and 1 truck. Instead, they showed up late, barely loaded any furniture by 2 PM, and told us we?d need to rent a U-Haul and move the rest ourselves. They broke over $2,000 worth of our furniture?including TVs, a desk, and a recliner?and stretched the job to 10+ hours to rack up overtime fees we weren?t told about until moving day. The movers were 5.5 hours late, horrible customer service, overpriced. I was told on the phone that they were "overbooked and overwhelmed." We have an 1100 sq. ft., 2 bedroom apartment with 2 queen beds, 2 dressers, and a sectional. No other big furniture, no washer and dryer or kitchen table. It was a local move (7 miles). We have moved 5 times in 4 years with the same amount of stuff, and it has never taken longer than 2-3 hours to load AND unload, and I have never paid more than $600. The actual movers, Hunter and Tim, were excellent. I have no problem with what they did. The work was great. Unfortunately, this company was not honest about the pricing. I was quoted $150 and the price came out to be $360. The movers were also 45 mins late. I do not think this is an honest company and I will not hire them again.

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. I moved recently and hired ALL MY SONS moving company to help move boxes and furniture. That� s it. They didn� t pack anything. Just move it from one place to another. One truck load. I paid this company $1500. What I got was broken furniture and a half-done job. They even broke a wall light at my old place. Did they tell me about it?
