Do not, whatever you do, use this company. I gave two stars only because the two guys that helped us out were great. They were very nice and did a great job, HOWEVER, all of our items are ruined. We unfortunately moved on a rainy day. We knew boxes would get a little wet but their truck had a HUGE hole in the roof. ALL of our boxes and items are wet and ruined. This company was great to work with from start to finish! They were super easy to book and their operations team provided excellent customer service leading up to my moving day. On the actual moving day, when the guys came out, Donovan and his team member were very polite and such great guys to work with and made my moving process very smooth. I highly recommend these two guys and this company! Thank you for all that you do!
Josh and his team were phenomenal. Two storage units and two houses moved in one day! Nothing damaged or broken. Their team is Professional, Customer Service oriented, and provide their clients with genuine people and answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend this team to anyone who wants a great moving experience. I will use them again for an intrastate move in the future.
What a fabulous company! Donovan Grant-Davis and his twin brother did an excellent job. So friendly and professional moving was a breeze! The company communicated very well through email and through text which I appreciated. Will definitely use All My Sons again for any moving needs we might have in the future.
Using All My Sons in South Austin (Luke, Scott and Jacob Keeler) was the biggest mistake I've ever made - and I’ve made a lot. If every single other moving company is out of business in Austin and you have no other choice, then proceed with caution if you use them. Here's why.
