Let me start by saying that the customer service was great. Lots of communication before the move with positive, professional employees. Very pleasant and accommodating. While I appreciated the large team of folks for a large house move, I was dismayed at the lack of mask wearing by all but 2 of the movers and those masks were hanging somewhat "free-style."
