Don't get caught by this company. They're agreement is a scam, I thought they were a reputable company because they're all over the country and they literally agreed to a payment per hour that I thought it was a great deal. 1. They make it slow to charge for more hours (7 hours for a e bedroom apartment already packed in boxes with just 1 king bed and 2 twin beds almost no furniture) 2. If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. For a job that should’ve took no more than 1 hour, it ended up taking almost 3. The guys intentionally wander around to make the time pass and increase the charge. This company management is full of lies and gets caught changing their words. ZERO TRUST in this place, STAY AWAY if you value your furnishings. They add extra hidden fees at the end and then look at you like it’s your fault. This company is passionate about helping others and performing an excellent job. The movers are trained, professional, and efficient. Francisco and Leonardo moved my items efficiently and they were personable. Francisco was careful to ask questions about the placement of boxes and furniture. Stephen, the GM, is honest and will ensure that you receive nothing but quality service.
Thank you so much to the team. Henry, Eddie and Jesus moved our entire apartment very quickly. They were very efficient, professional and overall a great team during the entire process. Shoutout to Luis too who would call several times to check on us and see if we needed anything. As a first time user of movers they made the process very smooth and easy. We did a move from Miami to Naples. After researching companies and reading reviews I decided to contact All my Sons Moving and Storage. From my first conversation with the estimator Guy, and my phone calls with Luis I already knew this was going to be a good experience.
