If you care about your belongings take a look at these pictures below. Do not use this company. Our stuff was thrown into a storage unit on top of my husbands vintage Harley that was passed down from his father when he passed. This place I would never ever recommend! For the price, it was absolutely outrageous and still no one will get back to me!! I did the 2 hour minimum and the 1 hour of drive time they require, so add that up at $159.00 a hour... it took them one hour to load my small 950 square foot apartment up and then one hour drive time to my new place (which was not a hour away but only 18 minutes) then it took less then a hour to unload my stuff from the truck because I had others helping (which the movers said was fine it would cut dow... read more
Terrible customer service on all levels. They broke & damaged a lot of furniture plus damage to stairwell & stairs. Stairwell repairs will cost me at least $1900 & they will only pay $275. what? Destroyed 2 sleep number mattress, solid heavy wood furniture, a 2 story wall inside the stairwell is full of divots & scraps from furniture being dropped. Not to mention their unprofessionalism. I would never recommend anyone use this mover. They used foul language, threatening to take all of my things and did only half of the job. Very poor management sloppy work and terrible interpersonal abilities.
If I could make this NEGATIVE STARS I would. But I’m forced to give them one just to write this review about how terrible they were. We scheduled our move date over three months ago and CONFIRMED NUMEROUS times for the date and time. June 26th we waited and waited for the movers to show up. 9am rolls around and no call no movers. They are rough on furniture, they don’t take care of the damages , beware!!!!!
I have used them 3 times and the movers were great each time, so it has nothing to do with that. This most recent time when I spoke with them, they did not disclose they have a minimum labor charge or what the fuel fee would be. They also told me that the moving blankets and what not would be free. I only had a couch and a few pieces of furniture to be moved a few blocks (literally), and it took barely an hour start to finish. They dragged my furniture, didn’t use furniture blankets on my table and it now has damage, and they didn’t communicate when unloading my couch and dropped it, breaking the frame. I STILL have not received a claims form to get it repaired and it’s been three weeks!
The crew was very unprofessional and kept cussing in front of my toddler and 8 year old. Not a huge deal but just common sense to not use that language around kids especially while you’re working. They also broke my daughters dresser and our king size bed frame. We have emailed and called several times and no one has done anything about it. Do not recommend at all.
