We scheduled a move and were given a quote saying it shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours of labor, which at $119 an hour comes to $357. They also include $50 for gas and an unknown amount for one hour of drive time. Let's say they charge the same for the one hour of drive time as they do for labor. The total now comes to $526. When our movers finished loading the truck in 1.5 hours they called their manager Brock who came back and said our total was over $700. We booked our move with them a week before memorial day weekend, and we were assured they could handle our move despite the holiday. We even gave them a deposit before the move. The day before the move they called to verify that the move was still on. The day of the move they were to move us from 12 to 4pm. We were waiting for them to show and at 11am they called to inform us that all the staff called in for the weekend. I ask what he could do for us and he said nothing can be done until the 1st of the month. I said this is ... read more

HORRENDOUS!!! EVERYONE PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH BBB AND ALL YOUR FB FRIENDS, THESE CROOKS NEED TO BE STOPPED!!! Unpacking my Emil Henri, thank you "All My Son's Movers". Not only did you destroy my home, break my furniture, and destroy most anything that wasn't rubber AND spend an entire day to move 3 rooms, (so I had to hire another moving company for the remainder of the home) steal my belongings then give me a discount only to charge the full amount to my card anyway...if I even started saying how I feel about C... read more
Horrible, ruined our furniture and our hard wood flooring in new home, left refridgerator with doors off and on porch. Took apart beds, my stairs, doors and left them all apart and unfinished.... Furniture broken to the point of U repair... Manager chad wouldn't even come look at the damages and misled us into signing claims that were misrepresented....NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND!!!!!
