They did a local move for us. Their sales rep on the phone told us they’d show up with everything needed for the move, including furniture straps for our 350lb massage chair. I even called them before the move to remind them we need furniture straps and they assured me they always come prepared. Fast forward to our move, the guys didn’t bring furniture straps. We received two different quotes before our move from all my sons, 1 when we first started thinking about moving, one a couple months later after we had emptied the house to put on the market, and packed some stuff ourselves. the guy giving us the "Quote" said it could not go up more than 10%, he also said if anything was damaged during the move or noticed in the first month after the move they would cover it 100%, and after the 30 days mark is when the insurance we selected would kick in. I was told movers would arrive first thing. I received a text saying the would arrive around 11. At 2:30pm I asked where the movers were. "John" said he didn't know and said to call him back in an hour if they hadn't arrived (i have to wait another hour?). John talked over me when I tried to explain I'm missing a business meeting because movers didn't arrive on time. Offered a $50 coupon. This is the most unethical company that I have ever come across! Do not hire them to "move" you! Bottom line: 1. did not move all of my stuff (they left me with half a garage full of stuff) & I had to hire a different company to finish the job correctly 2. no communication at all 3. we were told by two separate people that we were refunded money from the original estimate -- just to be told the next day that they are only going to refund half the money because their system "glitched" 4. cares more about getting your money th... read more
Jamar and Mikey were by far the best!!! They were funny, friendly and efficient. I’d use them again if I ever move. Having said that, I’d only use them If they branched out on their own because Johnathon (who knows If I spelled it exactly correct) is the biggest jerk a d disgustingly offensive!!! Sends me an email with pricing on it and then halfway through my move calls and says he needs to send another guy because I have so much stuff...?? They did not even move us. But, AMS Moving out of Broomfield IS holding & has NOT returned a “good faith” $50.00 deposit. Kyle Barron was personally informed via email & voice mail. Almost two weeks prior to the tenative move date. Ironically, the company we chose to do a complicated 2 city move, (Boulder & Ft. Morgan to Greeley), on 2 different dates, has not yet charged us 2400.00, plus supplies. The other portion of that move will happen this Saturday. All of my belongings were either damaged or destroyed during packing and moving process. When I reached out to the insurance company from All My Sons Moving and Storage, they tried to settle with an $800 check which does not even cover one broken piece of furniture that they destroyed. I would not recommend this company for packing or moving needs.
