Josh Miller and the crew were great. Very polite and respectful of our belongings. Able to complete the move very timely as well. I would recommend having them wrap or wrapping all wood as some of our dressers and kitchen chairs did get scuffed along edges. It would be beneficial if the office were able to provide a better estimated quote as the final amount was higher than expected. Not the fault of the crew as they were fantastic to work with.
Experience definitely could have been better. I’m not one to judge people specifically but the guys showed up and reeked of weed. I guess I was a little naive at the “hidden charges” associated with the move. It’s not that they weren’t up front, I guess I just didn’t fully understand. I would make sure to ask what you are all in for just for the guys to show up and move you for even an hour so you have an idea. Evan and Max were personable, professional and attentive to our needs in moving from our apartment/storage unit to our new home. They listened, they responded and made sure that we were happy with the final result of the move. We were pleased. We highly recommend this team.
I wish I would've read the reviews. From the knowledge I acquired from the company I believe most of their workers are contracted meaning you will not know if you are getting quality workers or not. (Luckily the workers I got were professional and did a great job!) *Important - Company does not give upfront pricing (Hidden Fees). Meaning they do not provide quote on total price. This was our first time using a moving company to assist in the moving process. When initially reaching out for quoted everything was well explained and laid out. I was contacted again a few weeks later to actually book and they were able to give us an amazing deal on the move. Brandon, Brandon and Trent were PROFESSIONALS!!!!!
