I would have given it a 0 stars if it allowed. From the beginning of this move was a complete and utter disaster. I called scheduled and pay my deposit for moving. When I didn’t receive a call with an update for the ETA called to follow up on the ETA, only to find out that they were unable to locate my appointment, which took the over 2 hours to resolve, no one even apologized for this, I was only told that this was a cooperate person’s mistake. I had a really great experience with Nick, Ty, and Reese. Above & beyond my expectations. Nick provided excellent communication and the whole team was quick and efficient and made the move stress free. I did find the fees to bit a bit pricey and the sales tactics questionable. I had called a few times to go over details and each time I had to correct them on the size of my apartment. They kept putting it down as a 2bed even though it was a studio. This was, without a doubt, the easiest, most efficient move we have ever had. The two gentlemen who moved us were the most professional movers and beyond thorough with wrapping our items and packing the truck. Even when the move turned from a one day move to a two day move (beyond their control), corporate and the movers were both flexible and worked with us to ensure we got our items as quickly as possible. On 9/30 we had AMS move our 3-bed apartment to a house. Here is the issue. We hired 3 people to get the job done faster. The rate was 195/hr. Timothy and his team showed up. After an hour I asked how long it looks like it will take, and the men told me they should be done loading by 2/230. Great!
