I had previously posted a 5 star review for the two times I used them in 2021. While I thought the movers were nice and hardworking, I discovered the next day that they had broken my baby's crib. The scary part was never did the guys mention it and had I not noticed, my child could have been injured. I filed a claim and in accordance with company I received a disrespectful $50 towards the purchase of a new bed.

First of all, Bryan did an amazing jump upfront of consulting when he came to view the place and what I had. However, the customer service ended there. I packed up most of the small stuff for two days before they came. Thank God I did. If not, it would have taken them 3 days. I even told him it would be a 2 day job. They showed up with 4 guys not 5, but did adjust the cost afterwards. Might be the worst experience ever. Not only did they quote a low price they moved a very small apartment less than a mile away then refused to unload the truck without payment up front. The guy Nate was rude at best - demeaning to my spouse and harassed her to the point of tears while we are on vacation out West. I am not sure why a moving company would expect payment prior to providing the service. This company is terrible when it comes to moving. They sent us three movers, and they spent most of their time sitting on the stairways and using drugs. Instead of completing the job in the estimated 6 hours, they took 12 hours, and then charged us for the full 12 hours. To make matters worse, they damaged several fragile items and even stole some of our belongings. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE!!! They are very expensive, charge for moving items they didn't use and damage just about all your furniture and appliances. Movers worked at a snail pace when arriving at 5:30 pm when was supposed to be there between 11-4pm. Also came from Baton Rouge, to charge an extra $200 for traveling when we hired a New Orleans crew. Had the elevator scheduled from 8 AM to 5 PM, but they showed up 5 hours late. This caused the move to take much longer, since we had to wait 15 minutes for each with the elevator. They didn't read the note that I would be at work and unavailable by phone. Damages to our home and possessions were too numerous to list in detail on here, though I would be happy to provide. One of six movers showed up sick - we have doorbell video of him throwing up at our front door. Driver showed up with new rate sheet - with higher rates than were quoted and insisted that we sign before they started - telling us that they were on the clock and had all day. Do not use them. I supplied tools and labor and an elevator to make the job easy for them. There was one laborer too many. They came to the Northshore via the causeway but they were too cheap to pay the toll to go to a storage so they went around through Slidell. They did not fill up before they left and filled up their truck on the way to the storage facility in Metairie. They only had to move 4 pieces of furniture.
