While the movers working were nice enough, we had several issues. Several items were scratched. Drawers were broken. My bicycle was damaged. Several pieces of office furniture were damaged (one entire wooden filing cabinet broken). It was amazingly simple to get an estimate—loved not having to give but the most basic of information to acquire. We had a complicated situation with uncertain moving date. The very friendly representative assured me it would not be a problem. We had to change date. They made it easy. I spoke with several reps and they were all super helpful and customer friendly. The team of movers and customer service were 110% wonderful! Helpful, friendly, and really hardworking! My only drawback ended up being the total cost. I was not aware that everything that gets put on the truck needs to be wrapped, and while I appreciate this service and dedication to not damaging the furniture, the process added much more time to the clock than I had anticipated.
I am truly shocked at this company having 4.6 stars. We used them to move on Friday, 3/29. We got about half of our house moved before they came to try to make the process as quick and easy as possible. We moved just about everything that we needed the movers to move to the front of the house to help make things more efficient. They spent 3 hours in our house loading up the truck and it was the absolute slowest process I've seen in my life (which is ironic because this company charges by the hour).
