I worked with Andy in the corporate office to get an actual invoice for the charges and we discovered the Clackamas, OR office had some funky accounting for the hourly rate, they did not take the $100 deposit off of the move, and they did overcharge me for materials used, when I supplied my own. Any worked quickly to reimburse me. The only reason I am not giving a 5-star review is simply because had Andy not taken care of it I would have overpaid nearly $700 for a very simple move. All My Sons Moving & Storage did a great job! They were on time, courteous and professional. Isaac and Akmed worked quickly, took special care with my valuable antiques and wrapped each piece of furniture. I highly recommend these movers.

The moving guys were great! They worked fast and efficiently. Granted that we had moved some boxes on our own but even so, they had all our big stuff loaded and unloaded at the new house in about 5 hours. I was impressed. A great group of guys as well. As per our earlier request they swapped refrigerators for us. I could not ask for better service and would use them again.

The 2 kids were very nice. the one doing paperwork was a little short with us a few times. plus they left some of the packi g wraps cardboard and a few blankets for us to deal with.

Run I have never in my life met lazier people. A 4 hour move turned into 10 hours. They could not communicate. One worker sat on curb and smoked in front of my neighbors house. Before the move was over all my sons wanted full payment. I have moved 6 times in the last 35 years in Portland with no problem but the 2 movers that I usually use were not available. THIS experience was pure HELL. And the capper they wanted a tip before the truck was completely unloaded. All they did was complain and exlplain to me how they were p... read more

This place is awful. They literally canceled our move one hour before they were supposed to be there despite me booking this 3 weeks in advance confirming with them 3 days prior to this. They showed no compassion and clearly no understanding of what it involves to pack up an apartment and pets and then to be told you cannot move that day. They even have the audacity to charge my credit card for the deposit which I had to argue with them to have it returned.. Very poor. Avoid at all costs. Firstly, I'd like to say that I emailed the "wecare@allmysons.com" email address you see in the replies here, and, almost a month later, have not received a reply to my two emails, which detailed being overcharged and damage done by the crew - including pictures. So, it seems like they don't care. The responses you see here from Management seem to be purely for show. We paid a lot to have ALL of our stuff moved from Salem to Lincoln City. We had it packed, labeled and easily accessed. 3 bed house. 26 foot truck. Should be simple and yet they showed up with half a truckload and left the rest of our stuff in the carport, not garage where it could be secured. Nope. Out in the open where its accessible to thieves. Asked wh y didn't you bring all our stuff, um..it doesn't fit, we'd have to throw stuff on top of each other. For context, I have never submitted a negative review for a company before but our experience was negative enough I wanted to share it with others. Had I read all the Yelp reviews I would not have chosen "All my Sons" for our move. Our experience was familiar to other reviewers: - Verbal quote but nothing in writing.
