Save yourself time, money, and a big headache, and go with someone else. Drew is the owner and/or "ops manager" and he is terribly unprofessional. Canceled our move five days before our date because they severely screwed up our friend's moving schedule the day before. Do not use this company. Please, you will be so much better off. He had no idea about the quote that was given to us and tried to charge a higher rate the day he confirmed. Attempted to charge us for a third person that was never quoted. BUYER BEWARE!! If I could give the company a 0 I would. The company performed no move as my storage pod was missing the day of the move. I was told that I would still be charged the full $450 dollars for the move, and was told that I would not be able leave until I processed the payment. After taking my payment and contacting their location's office, I was told that I had no obligation to pay since they performed no move, but that leaving would have been "morally incorrect." Worst Moving company EVER - moved Mother in Law, they quoted a decent price but day of move the prices/rates were WAY different - workers that broke elevator in condo (actually BROKE the elevator with their carelessness) hurt many furniture pieces, the manager would not call me back, and I leave nice messages. This happened 12/2021 and I was still trying. I've given up to become just like so many others on here - totally beside myself yet this website as well somehow promotes 5 Stars yet a ton of 1 star unhappy customers ... read more
Horrible experience after years of being a loyal customer. 1. Sent unprofessional crew, cursing, arguing and constant smoke breaks. 2. Break over $3000 worth of items, a 65 inch TV and a solid wood bedframe. 3. They offered me $500, take it or leave it despite paying them around $15,000 over the years. Avoid these people.
AVOID LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE. I've spent around $20,000 with these people over the years. They break over $3500 in goods this last trip and offered me $500. A joke - do not do business with them.
