I am very upset, devastated and dissatisfied with my move this past Friday. There was a lot of damage done between both my new built home and furniture. I have never hired a professional moving company before and after this horrible experience I probably never will again! I was quoted around 900 and they made me pay over 1400 before unloading my things. There were a multitude of damages. Absolutely horrible experience. I was overcharged and the job was nowhere near complete. They left multiple items behind and I had to make two extra trips just to finish what they failed to do. They promised to assemble the bed and left it completely in pieces, and on top of that, they broke my lamp. I ended up having to buy two beds for my kids.This was careless, unprofessional, and a complete waste of money. Do not recommend.

Sent 2 men out. One had only been with them for 3 weeks and needed a lot of help, he also spent a lot of time in and out of our bathroom. The move took over 10 hours and cost 3 times what was quoted. Office staff was rude and nasty. The men who moved us told us that almost on every job customers complain. This was far from a professional service. The quote initially provided was not accurate and we were overcharged by $600. One of the movers stole an item and was caught doing so. Our personal information was also exposed to this particular individual. However, when we addressed this with management they said we did not have proof of this theft and became irrational. We paid a $100 deposit which it was my understanding would go towards the service. The person who gave us the quote also did NOT include the "supplies" that they require the movers to use. We are positive that half of the "supplies" we were charged for were NOT used. Based on the phone conversation for the quote- it was explained that the $100 "deposit" would go towards the amount that was shown to me at the end of the move - but that was not the case. The operations manager, AJ, convinced me to hire a 3 man crew instead of 2, and was confident that they could easily fit the inventory list I provided them on their truck. At the pickup house, the movers tore a wooden gate off of its hinges, pulled a storm door frame off from the house, and hit a toilet so hard moving my dryer that it broke the flange.
