I moved here from Minnesota a year ago and rented an apartment at Jefferson point. Not a very good place to rent by the way. I moved all my stuff to a house. I bought 3/4 of a mile down the road straight down the road.. I need help moving two pieces of furniture and only two pieces they wanted to bill me $500. I had a terrible experience with this company and have actively warned two of my coworkers who will be moving soon not to consider this service. Now I am warning you! I used All My Sons to move at the end of February. I had booked in early February and the week before the move, I called the office to arrange the final details. We talked about the three locations that I would be collecting items from, the size and weight of my items, and set the start time for 8-9 AM on the following Monday. Well at this time I feel I have no other recourse but to post Back in February of this year I contracted All My Sons to move me Upon arrival at my new location and the truck was unloaded I needed to go get a second tip to get the remaining items from my house and garage. The agreement was I would pay an hourly fee plus fuel until all my stuff was moved to my new location . At that moment I was told to go get a fucking U-Haul and do it myself. We had so many broken items. This company has huge staffing issues. The staff didn't know how to pack expensive items or move expensive items. They wouldnt label boxes. They would pick up antique chests by the legs and break them. Also pick up chests by the top and pull them off....it was just amateur hour. I don't know if any of the other companies are any better but dear God I would hope so. I found one packer sprit$ing himself with my cologne...

Save yourself and call someone else. I always try to my best to be understanding of mistakes/mis-haps but this was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. In the home we moved out of, the floor was damaged in 3 places, damaged a wood stair tread, and broke the glass railing at the top of the stairs. A console table was also broken. About 2/3 of the house was loaded into the truck when I was told the truck was full. There obviously was no training on how to pack these trucks as much of the space was wasted. The... read more

Save yourself a lot of time, money & headache. The movers were unorganized, wasted time, took furniture units apart and did not put them back together. Placed items opposite of what they were told; completely blocked any access to bedroom closets; I can not get to the cable connection to connect internet. They set my couch down on dirt before bringing it inside. I could not walk barefoot without the bottoms of my feet turning black so had to clean that mess.
