I hired All My Sons to unload my truck here at my new home in Des Moines. Max, Kobe, and Trance absolutely knocked the unload out lickety split no issues. They took care of my things like it was their own. Well worth the money to kick back and watch them work and not destroy my back doing it solo.

The work was done in relatively good time but sloppy work resulted in property and furniture damage. The claim process is unhelpful and there is a distinct lack of communication. EDIT: I have since been able to discuss our issues and damages with the vendor (thanks to Angi support!) and have settled the issue. This really was a simple thing to fix/settle, but the lack of communication and shear intent to ignore us that made everything worse. A 2 room apartment, with minimal furniture, and 30 packed boxes took 3 and a half hours to load. The movers were polite but slow and unprepared. I had to go buy Allen wrenches to get legs off of couch. I also had to search my building for a flat cart because the movers were not sure how they were going to get the horizontal dresser out. When I complained to the local office of all that was happening, he expressed that the 2 movers were 2 of the best he had. I felt that was pathetic, if truth or a sarcastic lie. Definitely use a different company. Lord, gauged for extra fees big time. $97.00 for fuel for a 29 mile round trip from their warehouse, through move and back to their warehouse. $101 for shrink wrap on a couch, loveseat and bed. $10 max as I am sure they buy in bulk. Late by 90 minutes. Was told 11am arrival and arrival at 1230. By that time I had everything lined up at the door. Should have been a max of 2.5 hours but charged for 3.25. One mover talking to his sweetie on phone at one time. New guy in training today I guess... read more

They did not deliver items to my storage unit which included professional grade artwork from my daughter that are priceless. No one seems to know where my stuff is or my keys to the storage units. People are supposed to get back to me but have not. Also, the crew of four pressured me to give a tip. I did not want to but when surrounded by four guys who still have your stuff on the truck you feel boxed in a corner. Boy do I feel stupid! DO NOT HIRE!
