We have a 20-year-old American Standard furnace we have checked each year prior to use. The technician cleaned igniter, viewed heat exchanger. burner flame and general furnace conditions. The technician (Mike) also monitored the combustion chamber with instrumentation and explained the results and acceptable levels. We have use All-Spec Heating and Cooling for several years. We are pleased with their repairs and performance and will use them in the future!
