We’ve had a unit here for over a year and couldn’t be happier. The facility is always safe, clean, and secure. I am a woman-owned business and use this storage for my inventory, and i have always felt super safe coming to my unit by myself. Even after dark. Kalin, the manager, is fantastic! Professional, friendly, and always ready to help. His positive energy makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!!
I needed a small storage for a couple months and was referred here since a friend already uses their storage services. They had good rates, and sign up and move out was easy. I was able to buy a lock on site. Good drive up unit access and friendly and helpful staff, had no issues at all! Would recommend.
Prices have increased but I’m sure everywhere has. The reason I give this place 5 stars is because of their customer service. Kaylin has been extremely helpful during the entire time I have used their services. From last minute needs, inquires, and stubborn lock, Kaylin was always there and happy to help.
Site is kept extremely clean, and the site manager Kalin is ALWAYS kind and extremely helpful. Rates are fair. I recommend the automatic gate access area below with the daily access from 7am-7pm. Thanks for the superior service Fort Locks!!!
Because of the young man whonrunsnthe office his name begins with a k he’s a very nice young man he professional ,helpful returns your calls . If there is an issue it handles it right away. Patient he just the best . He made it worth staying there because the hours are the most inconvenient hours for a storage unit. Harbinger’s your hours an d dumb for a storage place where folks need more accessible time .
