I worked with Allen on a new loan and he was extremely responsive and helpful in answering my questions. I looked at a number of other alternatives, but he was able to get me the best rates as well. Unfortunately, my plans changed last minute as I was moved out of state for work so wasn't able to close the transaction with him.
In working with Allen on my loan, he offerred competitvely low rates and outstanding service. From the time we locked our rate, he was able to facilitate a timely closing (at around 30 days). If I ever had any questions or wanted to discuss anything, Allen always returned my calls and e-mails promptly and even made himself available after hours and on weekends. I would definitely recommend Allen as highly qualified real estate professional.
