I love the doctors I see, and I feel like they have my best interest at heart; however, communication is terrible. I had to go in for new updated allergy testing and when I arrived, I ask should I have stopped taking my antihistamines prior to this visit?? Oh yes you should have!! Umm…. It’s been years since I’ve allergy tested that would’ve been a wonderful thing to tell me prior to my appointment. Maybe include that in the text I got reminding me I had an appointment?! I go every 2 weeks for my Xolair injections They are always very prompt, professional and pleasant. Ms Ida always gives very easy injections (2) and is so nice. I have been going there since 2015. HIGHLY recommend!!
Everyone was very nice! I LOVE that I scheduled an appointment and it was on time. Everything was clean. I appreciated being explained to the procedures and what was next. I liked that the doctor actually spent time with you and was very thoughtful. I liked that there was no surprise on costs it was very straightforward. I am very thankful I had the time to do this testing because now I know and living a life where you don’t know what you are allergic to is no fun! Thank you everyone there!!!
Everyone was friendly, every thing was very organized and efficient!
Great experience. No waiting actually, I was early and was seen before my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Patel was very personable and listened to me regarding my symptoms. This was my second visit and my breathing and allergic reactions were 100% better because of her treatment plan.
