Billing is the issue. Payments misapplied to other people, being re-billed continuously for things we've already paid. The billing line just hangs up after hours on hold each time you call. The office staff say it's not their problem because they outsource billing... After 10+ hours of hold time and calls, I still don't have a resolution for the first appointment. We haven't even received a bill for the follow up visit and I'm terrified it'll all start over again.

RecommendedOffice staff was friendly and efficient. Allergy testing for my infant was much better than expected without a tear shed. The doctor sat with us, answered questions, and was very thorough.
