AJ is a great listener, who takes a holistic approach to his care. He takes into account everything from my work scheule to how I am feeling on that day.
NJ Spine and Wellness is full of talented individuals. AJ and Rich have specifically helped me recover from several injuries including ankle, knee, low back and shoulder. They are professional and knowledge and most importantly always get me back to being pain free and then some!

Dr. Shah is an exceptional doctor. He has been treating me for awhile now. Very professional and compassionate. He listens to your concerns. He does not try to push you into procedures if you are not ready. Live him. Highly recommend. Patients are not over booked and short wait time for appt. Office is very clean.
I have been coming here on and off for years for post surgery and injury physical Therapy and chiropractic needs. Front desk is organized , friendly and accommodating. The doctors and PT staff are thorough, educational and do an amazing job. The atmosphere is in one word -fun! A Completely upbeat, fun staff, that truly enjoy what they do. I feel like I’m in an episode of Cheers every time I walk in.
