Isaac was who helped me. Saying he went above and beyond just isn’t enough to explain how caring and dedicated he is to his job. He made me feel like I was on the phone with my best friend, he truest seemed to care about people in general. I spoke with two other people yesterday and I had to clarify which company I was speaking to because he did what the other refused to do. He even walked me thru all the ensign stuff and waited til it was submitted. If I had a vine as I would pooch him

I have been trying to get this resolved for several years the were able to help me so fast it was like holy cow what just happened that’s it I’m done they helped and after fighting so long with Navient it was like an unreal dream I was finally gonna be free of the student debt that had been haunting me for over 10 years I can’t say how much I appreciate there help
