I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my visit to ******** Dental Lilburn Nov 24, I brought my goddaughter in for a 10:45 a.m. appt. We arrived on time, yet sat in the lobby for 50 minutes. Only after I spoke up was her name called. My son had his insurance information with him but was asked for numbers that were intentionally blanked out for security purposesspecifically, the mothers Social Security numberto verify coverage. He waited for over an hour and was still not seen. I contacted customer service, who stated someone was on the phone verifying if the insurance was active. Terrible customer service , the women at the desk does not do there job . Theyre inconsiderate , they lie and ignore you. And they have too many people in there that Dosent know what theyre doing instead of knowing what to do . Ive been in pain for 2 months Ive went there numerous of times to get them to simply transfer my information , they tell me that theyll do it and its still not done . I purchased a service protection plan expecting peace of mind instead, I got frustration. A repair appointment was scheduled, but the technician never showed up. No call, no update, no explanation. I took time off work and waited all day for nothing.When I contacted customer service, I was bounced around with no resolution. This is unacceptable for a company that promises reliable service. If this is how they treat paying customers, I cant recommend their protection plans to anyone.

I switched my kids dentist 2 months ago I chose topaz to be their dentist I even had helped with their insurance to Set the first appointment remind you everything was good to go appointment set I get a cancellation the day of the appointment cool I scheduled another one not to mention scheduling a ride to no transportation so the second time the exact same thing my appointment is canceled this the second time I have had to schedule a ride and my appointment is canceled the day of then I called to try and schedule the Third ... read more

This dental office is lazy. They never hardly answer the phone even if you get the call center to contact them. If you leave a message for them they never return your call. The one time out of 20 you get Ortho. You have to work for them. You have to give them their branch partner phone number. You have to find out information from the branch they could just call and get the info themselves. I had a very bad experience with these people.

I would not recommend this place to a dead person. You can't get ahold of the office for emergency appointments. You get the call center. The violate HIPPA ALL the time. I have been given someone else's paperwork, they sit in the room where you child is watching You tube videos instead of taking care of the child. Then they miss things and you have to try and get them to fix their mistake. WORSE DENTIST OFFICE AROUND . Awful establishment. Wait times for appointments are outrageous; however, they want to charge you for visits that they cannot uphold. **** *******, the manager, needs to be fired. Has no compassion for patients. She belittles them and speaks to them as if they are a bother to her!
