The Mohs surgery team was very organized keeping patients moving each step. Dr Stoeker was knowledgeable, compassionate explaining everything as process progressed. The medical assistants were also knowledgeable and very supportive. Having to use the Lapeer office instead of my home office in Rochester Hills due to the recent fire proved to be seamless. All the staff and providers were working well together. Professional and friendly all around.
Very friendly and professional. the only concern I have is Dr. told me to come back in a week to have stitches removed but when I checked out the girl said since I had an appointment in 6 days they could take the stitches out then. I'm just concerned is a day going to make a difference?

I was very nervous regarding this appointment since I was told it was indeed melanoma. Dr. Stoecker and her assistant made me feel better almost immediately by explaining all the angles and assuring me that the lesion was "in situ" and my risk was minimal. They were sure that I was sufficiently numbed for the procedure and calmed me through the process.
Dr. Stoecker and Samantha were so kind to me and made the whole process much more comfortable than I thought I could be. Dr. Explained the excision process thoroughly and updated me step by step as she went.
