the owner, Vali Ghaderi, is greedy and not honest and upfront with you. he made up a story to charge my insurance for what he did not actually do. on top of that he also made me pay deductible. he charged around $1000 for a $200 work. take your business elsewhere instead of taking it to him.

Alliance Glass replaced my original windshield in 2022 with an aftermarket windshield with tint (same features as my original windshield 2016 Acura MDX). Allstate Autoglass is a cook!!! They replaced my windshield with no tint on it. I talked to Brenda and her supervisor, but they did not want to correct the issue.

Don’t use them they are a rip off . It’s going look good when there done 24 hours later you going be upset air coming Thur water coming Thur not worth the headache with these peoples

They installed the wrong window, a considerably cheaper one than we paid for ($800) and left glass and plastic pieces for f the old window frame all over the truck (F250), behind the rear seats, on the bed, etc. The old window stickers are even in the bed attached to broken shards from the old window Completely incompetent and do not care about you or your vehicle. They have yet to make this right, give me a timeline or even apologize.

Very unprofessional...I was referred by my insurance company because they signed an agreement to accept Travelers Insurance Zero quote to repair my windshield and I have no deductible. So AFTER my windshield was repaired they told me I had to pay up front and they refused to submit the claim to Travelers. I reported the incident to Travelers, so BEWARE.

Very poor service! on Nov 13,2020 I call and talked to the manager and he stated that someone was going to come out to myhouse today and replace my window. Then he called me back 2 hours later and said that someone broke the glass and they will be out on sat 11-14 between the hours of 9-12 then the driver called and said that he will be later and it will be around 1-1:30 to do the window. I found them through an online service. Jay was nice. He came out to look at my window. And gave a price. I emailed ok. Do it. Then he says he has to measure. WHAT? He was here. Why didn’t he measure. So I waited all day and no show. Jay gave terrible customer service. I was really disappointed. No price invoice. No nothing. He promised 3 day delivery. Well that was a joke. Was called the morning of the appointment, and it was cancelled by ALLSTATE because I was too far away. They should have never accepted the job. Had to reschedule with someone else and of course we are having heavy rain!!
