Everyone involved in the process was extremely helpful. The process itself was quick. I only wished I have had more options offered as a replacement.
The only problem I had was that your rep thought the warranty started the day you pay but the warranty starts the day you pick up your glasses. It was a good thing that Sams advised me.

Called to turn in my claim. Travis was very helpful and courteous. Was able to get my claim and receive a replacement humidifier. Unfortunately the replacement was broken when I opened the box. I called back and with no issues or problems was able to get a gift card to purchase another humidifier. All State did a great job!
