Allstate refunded the purchase price on a radio that went bad. I would purchase this policy again.
The laptop should have been covered by Costco , but when Costco decided coverage after 6 weeks of sending them pictures of every corner of the laptop, called Allstate explained what happened with Costco, they immediately sent me all the paperwork to send it in for repair and in less than 2 weeks it was repair and returned to my son in college at U-Maine.
I had issue with a gps device. More than two years later I notified Allstate and received refund in less than a week. Really happy with their service
