My battery started leaking on my Shark vacuum. I called to file a claim, they wanted me to mail it back but Fed X nor UPS would transport it due to the battery leaking. Once I let Allstate know about this they immediately sent me a gift card for WalMart so I could purchase a new one. I did. Thanks

It's good to have protection for you items after store warranty expire.
Submitted in February still no response other than we have received your claim Grand daughter still can’t ride and hopefully doesn’t outgrow before claim is processed
