Extremely unprofessional and uneducated staff. The staff members were verbally abusive. I actually felt scared to be there when it took 8 hours to check myself out during which time my parents were frantically calling me to find out what was going on. No one would answer there calls and I was not allowed to make phone calls either, not for a ride or anything, mind you i am 23 years old....
