Well as Sali is a fairly quick in and out Staff is kind and courteous they were a little leery of my big Catahoula even with his muzzle on him but other than that I couldn’t say anything negative about the whole experience they’re good people
I give them a fair because I saw no signs of abuse. And in human medicical care I learned, the 1st rule is do no harm. Just short of abuse, lack of knowledge, concern, continuity? However the communication is very bad. From the appointment setting, thru the appointment. I asked questions, the appt setter told me things that at the appt obviously couldn:t or wouldn't be done. Since the doctors have taken over it is nearly impossible to get an appointment scheduled within a timely manner. Twice now it has taken 3 plus weeks to get 1 of my 3 dogs in for an appointment and I was told the same reason for both times and I was also told this is NOT the norm but turned out .... it was. Not acceptable as this would have never happened under the practice of the prior veterinarians. The current veterinarians are great but if you can't get an appointment then it doesn't matter how wonderful they are.

My cat died. I later figured out she had the feline equivalent of parvo. This hospital never gave her a diagnosis. She was starving and dehydrating and they just sent me home with a plastic cylinder to try and force feed her. That was $300. per visit. Two visits later, she was still failing and suffering and I brought her back and for another $100. they put her down. With parvo in dogs they can save them, as they can for cats.
