Very professional and kind to animals. I took my cat, Rusty in for vaccinations, he is a bit of a scardy cat but they know how to handle him with compassion. His experience was very good. They are reasonably priced and prompt. Rusty now has his go to doctor if needed. Highly recommended.
The team at Alta Rancho is the BEST! Sarah makes sure that our appointments are scheduled correctly for our mommy, checking each detail so we don’t miss a thing. Check out is the same- no detail is skipped or missed even when we are waiting impatiently! Dr. Henderson is caring and so thorough. She’s gentle with us and nice to our mommy. Dr. Schufer saved my dog”s life. My dog has congestive heart failure and even though he is not a board certified cardiologist, he was always on top of things. His profile says he’s been a cardiologist for 30 years. He explained my dog”s illness thoroughly and kept in constant touch with me by phone and text. His staff is always very helpful. I felt comfortable because they are sincere and they care. I am sad that Dr Schufer is retiring this month. I hope they find someone as good as him.
Dr. Henderson and her team are simply the best! They have been caring for our Polar Bear all his life (and our beloved Pooklook before him) and we trust no one more with his health and well being. Dr. Henderson is the most professional and knowledgeable vet we've met and most importantly she's always happy to educate and share her knowledge with those of us willing to learn more about the health of our kiddos.
