She trys to ensure fairness and maintains a great team of employees to assist with genuine care in this Community. Life can be difficult enough when having to make this decision and tranistion. My mother who is 93 loves playing card games at the Alverno. I love that she is well cared for and I dont have to worry that her needs are not being met. The Alverno is a blessing with beautiful people working there. God is good, all the time!
My Dad moved into Memory Care about five months ago. It is always convenient to visit him, and staff are pleasant to be around. Dad is healthy and chatty... signs of good care.
They do their utmost best taking care of our family that is there. All kinds of amenities are provided. The building is three floors and the have a resident cat on each floor. A library, several tv areas and a room with birds. The staff is incredibly friendly and polite.
My mother has been at the Alverno for a few years. She is in the memory ward. I live in Louisiana and visit once a year. The Alverno in Clinton Iowa is so amazing. There are such a caring bunch, especially Pam who really makes all the residents comfortable. Pam is so amazing that our family have no worries about the care that she is receiving.
