Verified Renter I recently renewed my lease, this will be my second year at Amalfi and I’ve loved my stay here it’s super quiet especially at night and the neighbors seem friendly. When I had a maintenance request it was taken cared of the next day! The location is perfect it’s close to all the stores I need and my favorite part is having a bucees next door and it’s also close access to 45 freeway and 146. I also love the restaurants in the surrounding area as well.

My move-in process was a very smooth, there was an unexpected hiccup with the fixtures but everyone did everything in their power to make it right which I am more than appreciative of. Verified Renter Amalfi at Tuscan lakes has a very safe , quiet atmosphere. The place is always clean. There is easy access to everything you need within 15 minutes. Feels upscale without upscale rates. The pool, clubhouse, and gym are well maintained.

Verified Renter This place so far has been great! Very responsive on maintenance requests. It’s clean and tidy. My only minor issue is the club house isn’t open 24hr. It’s only open during the times when most people are at work, 10am-6pm i think. It would be more useful if we had access to it past those times. The gym needs a revamp but definitely usable.
