Verified Renter Parking is horrible! I keep getting charged for renters insurance, but I have renters insurance through my car insurance, so Amalfi owes me money!

Business response:

Anthony, thank you for reaching out to us. We want to ensure all billing matters are correct and are happy to look into the situation with your renter's insurance. At your convenience, please email us at amalfimgr@tamresidential.com so we can gather a few additional details.

WAY too expensive for what you get I want to start by saying this complex is not a bad place, I simply think that the rent they charge for what you get is ridiculous. Another bonus is a/c does not properly working and its been extremely hot summer so we constantly kept a/c on 65F and it definitely was not even close to 72-74F plus constant humid has destroyed our furniture! Grass being ... read more

My husband and had fallen on hard times a few years ago and the management at the time was very understanding and patient with us. We recently have been having a similar issue except now the new management is very threatening, impatient, and pushy. Hardly anyone cleans up their dog's poo....trust me, I've stepped in it a couple times. Parking isn't that great.....they have plenty of unused pay to park covered spots, but management will tow their ... read more
