There is room for improvement in communication, having the staff to process faster and correctly, and making sure the final numbers are closed prior to the closing date.

Amanda was great to work with throughout our entire mortgage process. My wife and I are first time homebuyer’s and Amanda helped to inform and educate us every step of the way. Amanda was exceptional at making sure we had everything ready for closing and making the whole process as smooth as possible. This loan was part of a chain of properties that all had to be coordinated to close. Stockton was clear to close a week and a half before the purchase agreement end date. The other lenders involved were unable to have clear to close by the Close date and it caused some high emotions. Thanks for keeping the buyers calm on our side with your swift approvals.
