Amanda went above and beyond to not only move the transaction through on the buyer's end, but she gave a lot of great advice to help move along things for us as well. My approach to all transactions has been to work as a team after the contract is accepted, and Amanda is one of the few people on the other side of the aisle from me that genuinely carries that same mentality.
