I neglected my teeth for 30 years and thus began experiencing lots of pain while eating. Dr. Amato put together a treatment plan which has me on the path to healthy teeth and gums. They pulled one, scaled them all, and put on a crown. The whole staff is friendly, the hygienists and technicians are talented, and the dentists (I was treated by both of them) didn't hurt me. Words cannot express how refreshing it was to visit this office. My family and I have been looking for a new dentist in the area and were so lucky to establish care with this group. Everyone was amazingly polite, professional, and welcoming. Dr Jeff, Nereyda, Gracie, and Amanda, especially, made the visit very comfortable. My 6-year-old told the teacher "It was a great day, I had so much fun at the dentist."
Highly recommend this office. I live in Wilkes but the experience is well worth the drive. Everyone I encountered went above and beyond with kindness and hospitality. They even have blankets if your cold. Again going above and beyond making the experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Previous cleanings and rude staff at another office has left me with sore gums and no desire to seek dental care. I have been diligent about caring for my teeth at home with no dentist for 14 years. The best dentist I have ever been too. They explained everything, including my options, and they did exactly what I wanted. During my procedure they explained everything that was happening and what would happen/what to expect. As someone who has extreame dental anxiety they put all that to rest and made my experience amazing and smooth sailing. I will not go to a different dentist.
My nervous first visit, after relocating and Dr. Amato's team were smiling, sincere, swift, and simple. Praise the Lord for Kayla and Jenny, who made meeting the Doc easy. My family is looking forward to our continued business together. Thanks for such compassionate care!
