Working at Amazon is fast-paced and physically demanding. The location I am at works four ten hour days, which can be a lot, but allows us to have three days of for our weekends. The pay is competitive, but still not enough for someone to comfortably live in my area by themselves. A second income is usually required. My experience with management has always been positive.
