Lived There For 20 Years I lived here from September of 1999 until late 2019, and I lived on the top floor. My apartment had an excellent view of both Upper Darby and the Center City skyline. I always wanted a modern kitchen and a bathroom, and I'm so glad that they had both. Plus I also liked the huge walk-in closet and storage area as well.
