Overall, Rate was excellent! Felt like there was clear dedications to transparency of all documents and reasons for tasks at hand. The Rate team was dedicated to exploring all options, from what programs/grants I could apply, to assisting with insurance quotes and more. I think the only hiccup I faced was nearing the end of my closing. Mainly delays in communications on the status of the final cost of closing.
