Amber is very knowledgable of the real estate market in southeast Missouri. She was extremely patient and understood what we were looking for. She kept us updated on anything new that came on the market in our price range with the "must haves" we had requested. After our contract was accepted by the sellers, she guided us through the entire process of inspections, paperwork, and closing. Her positive attitude and helpful nature was very much appreciated! Amber is a go getter! She will find you your dream home and make it Happen! She is fast and efficient and knows a lot of local resources to help with various projects. I drug Amber threw a multi month process of house searching for about a half a year. She knew what I wanted and was always making sure I was aware of houses in there area that were in my budget and met most of the things on my checklist. She was constantly going out of her way to show me houses I might like and was patient and gracious when over and over I said "I don't really feel like this is the one". Amber helped me buy my first home. The entire process can be a little overwhelming, especially if you are busy with work, kids, etc. Amber was great not only because she was pleasant to work with, but because she pretty much did everything.
