She was very polite and professional. I would say better communication amongst her and VA and underwriter. It cost me .25% on my interest rate, and almost cost me an extra $200 a month, and a lot of pointless, unneeded debt.

Experience was more stressful than our last one and things did not go as well as it should have. Could have been the market that caused a lot. Amber was friendly and tried to be helpful. I would recommend her to others.
