Amber was very informative and walked us through everything and checked in on us and if we did notice something was missing/ incorrect, she would work to get it corrected and thank us for letting us know. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and we loved getting the chance to work with her. The informational emails and videos were also very helpful in walking us through what was going on. She was also great at responding or letting us know when she might not be available.

I had a great experience with Gershman for my home loan. My loan agent was Andy and he was consistently checking in and making sure I understood what was going on and what was coming next. The system they use is great; it tracks your progress and provides videos on what each step entails. Their agents are helpful and never made me feel any question was a dumb question. Amber did an excellent job she was very helpful, kind, and professional. She answered all of our questions in a way we could understand as first time home buyers. She made helpful charts and videos that explained the process to us. She made buying a home feel easier!
