Amber Whipp of Cornerstone Lending made the loan process easy. At first, I went with a company that provides the most VA loans in the United States by volume, and I was disappointed with them. Amber was so quick and great at communication, and her team communicated every step of the way so there were no last minute surprises like I've experienced with other lenders. Amber worked closely with my Realtor to ensure we got to close on a very short holiday week with some constraints that were out of her control.

Amber was amazing! She was very thorough with us, even though we were stationed overseas. From an investment standpoint she went the extra mile to answer all my questions and helped us close on time. Highly recommend! Primelending was good overall, I wish they had more options for investors and not just primary home buyers. In the future we will probably look elsewhere to get more options for investment properties.

Amber was very informative throughout the mortgage process. I went through the entire process very confidently as I knew that all of my questions would be answered quickly and accurately. Amber did not attend the closing because of a change of the original date. The change put the closing during her vacation. I told her not to worry, she did such an amazing job that I felt confident with the closing process.

We have had the pleasure of working with Amber Whipp twice. First time was when we purchased our home and the second through refinancing. She is hands down the best. She makes the entire process EASY! She knows the business and she is legitimately there to help you, I felt like she was a friend looking out for me, and not a business. There is no possible way that it could have been any better.
