There is no one better than Donna and Ambiance Window Coverings. I first used Ambiance to help me fix what a different window coverings business did to my house. That company would not do as I asked, but what they wanted. The end result was a nightmare. Donna came in and worked with me and with Hunter ******* to rework my nightmare and turn it into something I love. I have continued to purchase more shades with Ambiance/ Donna. You cannot find better customer service.

After a yearlong 1st floor DIY renovation, my wife and I were so glad to have someone like Donna and her team of professionals put the finishing touch on our new windows. All the design decisions can be exhausting, picking out finishes, paint colors, light fixtures, etc. It was a real joy to have Donna come into our home and work with us to pick just the right window treatments and curtains. My wife and I are particular, and she listens and makes suggestions that made the process easy and smooth! Although I'm big on doing things myself, we're so glad we called Ambiance; it took the stress out of choosing such an important part of the finished look of our design. Everything about her service was professional, prompt, and personal. Such a pleasant way to end a long rewarding renovation. Highly recommended!

I have had the opportunity to use the services of Donna at Ambiance Window Coverings upon moving into a new home.
She is prompt, polite, knowledgeable and her designs offer a great value.
I would not hesitate to use her again when I need her services.

Donna, with Ambiance Window Coverings, did an excellent job in helping with the remodeling of our home. She went out of her way to ensure we were choosing the perfect colors, furniture, and accents that made our house a home. I would recommend Ambiance Window Coverings to all of my family and friends!

Donna at Ambiance was very easy to work with and always professional. Most of my home is covered in Hunter Douglas blinds and I recently added lovely curtains to my dining room. They turned out beautiful! The order time was quick and the insallation was timely and easy! I would definitely call Donna again!

Donna was very easy to work with. She was very perceptive and professional. Her timing on arrival and hanging blinds was always prompt. I am a rather indecisive person when it comes to decorating! She helped me make the perfect decision on two projects. One was a specially insulated 'accordian-like' cover for my patio windows. Being ecologically correct, I also received a tax deduction! This blind has made a major difference in this living space: a decrease in heating and privacy, too! The other projects were blinds for the living room and a bedroom with Silhouettes. I am pleased with all the decisions Donna helped me make. I will certainly call her again, if needed.
Also, I must mention the person Donna hired to do the work of hanging these blinds was very efficient and professional. This was appreciated, too!

Ambiance Window Coverings did an amazing job with my kitchen window. After replacing the window and redecorating we needed a new window treatment. Donna Schrader brought the samples right to my kitchen so that I could see how the colors worked with my counters and colors. She helped me to pick the best option and fabric for my needs. It looks amazing. Thank you Donna.

I had Donna provide me with window treatments in my bedroom, great room and kitchen area. Her work was very timely, accurate and efficient. She took time to provide me with proper choices and reasons why I would like one product over another. I feel this is a very professional company and plan to use them again.
