**** was great! The humidifer on our heat pump went south on us years ago, we turned it off back then, and have been threatening to have it replaced ever since. We made the appointment for the install last week, and he came out yesterday for the install. Well, he pointed out that the original was mounted in a bad place (it would blow the moist air directly into the motor of the air handler which would lead to rusting), and the new one should be relocated to the return side, which he did.
