I have used Ambient comfort in ******** for 7 years now. They installed my heater. I have never had any problems with them until now. Tuesday morning i woke up to a cold house and called them . They came out and found the problem and said parts needed to be ordered but the good news was they were under warranty. Unfortunately that did not cover labor . Now it's Friday and they come to put it in and the guy (very nice guy) was here from 8:15 to 11:00 The bill for labor????? $1027.00 That is like $350.00 an hour. I will be sho... read more

Our contact with Ambient Comfort was not a good one. We called for their seasonal special Tune up for our central air system. They did not arrive when they said they would and made no effort to contact us to let us know. I had to phone them to find out what was happening. When the tech finally arrived he started to check the system and found a coil that needed to be removed and cleaned. The price quoted was over $3,000.
