They lay out a very clear stepwise process. Every person we dealt with throughout the process was professional, pleasant and competent. We have been clients with Amen, Gantner & Capriano since 2012. We met with our attorney for our annual trust & estate review. Then at a later date to sign updates to our trust. We pay a $500 annual retainer and consider this valuable to us. Our experiences with this firm has continued to be positive. Our personal experiences with staff have been professional, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. This firm is absolutely wonderful!! Every "I" is dotted... Both *****, our attorney, and ******, our trust reviewer, answered our questions before we even asked them. Also, it is such a comfortable, relaxed office with very kind staff members, cookies and drinks, etc. I never did feel intimated for one second. We have no doubt that our estate will be handled very efficiently--don't want to leave problems for our future trustees. We pay the $500 yearly retainer.
