Technicians were always extremely nice however on two separate occasions in the past year I took off work to be home for their services and they never showed up or called me to notify me nobody would be there. We are changing to a different company for now. As for the bug prevention, I think their services did a decent job.
Just wanted to give a big shout out for Jesse Robertson and his wonderful service! He came out last week and did our annual inspection. Jesse noticed the filter was dirty and needed to be changed so he came back today and did that for us. You need more service techs like him! Jesse has and is proficient, professional, and personable! I'll always request him to service our home. Thanks, Jesse!
I had a bad experience previously with Black Diamond Pest Control. Under new management, they reached out to me concerned about my review, and sent out a technician to correct the work. Such good customer service. I wish more companies followed their model. Thanks to MJ and Drake!
When I called I spoke to a wonderful person on the phone who was not only professional but engaging. They were able to help me with our situation and guarantee the work that they did, and followed up with us in a timely manner. Thanks to AmeriCare I was able to have a restful night sleep again. Jesse Robertson did our annual termite inspection (we renewed the bond last December) Were told there was no evidence of new activity but found some (now dry)humidity around duct area under the house near the HVAC that should be monitored and leaned into the idea of having the crawl space sealed.
